Delts are rounder, arms bigger, better conditionning

I noticed that as well.

I imagine he seems to look better clean because 1. The image was sharpened 2. He was eating more. Probably over dieted and was flat onstage.

no he looks better in the clean picture because he improved a bit because he is on just as many drugs as he was

You can still keep your muscle when you clean out and even improve.

Don't listen to gh15 with regards to natural training. He has never come off and those around him that did are mentally weak and couldn't train through the hard times.

Well to be a pro you're going to have to take steroids more than once. Also to hold muscle while getting down to the low BF to compete would require some assistance but i think most overdo it because the other guys are, ie they don't try anything they just er on the side of taking more just in case. Do you think a guy on 4 grams a week will try to compete on 2 grams or less? Mentally he couldn't do it. He also couldn't change his diet to the one you advocate because he thinks he has to eat a certain way yet i have tried many things and think you're generally on the money.

While i haven't built up pro size i built up high level amateur size for a LW and dropped nothing, and kept improving. Maybe if i'd stayed juicing for a few more years and added 20 more pounds i might have dropped some. Jim Quinn said he didn't change when he came off and no-one believed him although the recent pics show he looks terrible so no-one will believe that now.
