Damn, wish I could train with bad form and get those results. You should be Branch's trainer (SARCASM). This might be the case. However, with the way he trains, could this have made his joints susceptible to injury over a long period of time? I mean, your joints have to be fucked after training that way for many years. Can anyone speak on this?

I was always taught to use a full range of motion, then in recent years I've noticed these pros doing very partial reps, almost pulsing the barbell. I wish Branch a speedy recovery.
