Couple tips
#1 HIT THE SAUNA ASAP!!! A nice 160 degree dry sauna for 15 min every couple hours will raise your body temp, sort of like an artificial fever. It is very effective, I have done this for years and haven't had a full blown cold or flu since....I was 22 or so?

#2 Definitely weight train, but lighter than usual. Weight training stimulates the immune system and rbc production. It also oxygenates your blood. You gotta train, even when you feel like shit.
#3 Up your vitamin/mineral intake considerably.
#4 Get a good dose of sunlight daily. Trust me on this, natural sunlight has restorative properties we are not even totally aware of yet. Mankind has worshipped the sun for all of his existence for a reason!
