Wow a lot of drama over her in Getbigland lol.All I can say is over the past 20 years these 17's have opened a lot of doors that are otherwise closed to guys with normal arms.;)

Don't you mean full body workout? I thought splits were "unnatural and its asinine" and for steroid users.

Good point. I subscribe to Bill Pearl's school of thought that 3 full body sessions are a must for beginners and intermediates, while advanced builders like myself can benefit from a split from time to time. Because of my current schedule in law enforcement, I will be doing a split for the remainder of the summer. But you are right. It goes against my preferences.

Do you conduct professionaly cavity searches or is that a spare time type thing?
