I got pretty busy with life and I stopped really following bb so I just kind of stopped coming on here. Now I'm done with my undergrad and a combination of being bored, having time on my hands, starting to lift weights consistantly again. Gained most of my strength and size back, I stayed in pretty good condition as I was more focused on my bjj, boxing and wrestling workouts. The lay off was a combo of injuries and lack of desire, but I have managed how to balance out all my life stresses, sports activities and now lifting again without overtraining and being suceptible to injury or burning out. It takes a young buck a few injuries and hard lessons to reasses their shit.
