It seems Amy Childs and Tara Reid aren't the only surgically-enhanced celebrities in the Celebrity Big Brother house.

Australian paparazzo Darryn Lyons had an appointment on the doctor's table to create a set of abs.
Instead of sweating it out at the gym, the 46-year-old underwent the makeover procedure known as 'contouring', a procedure to give the illusion of a washboard stomach.

The pink-haired housemate bonded with co-star Paddy Doherty, 52, baring his topless body in the bedroom and telling him about the transformation.
His unusual torso had a superhero look to it, quiet obviously superficial as if he was wearing padding.

those are probably his real abs they just stripped off the fat. thats actually kinda cool. bigger people support alot more weight daily so they are gonna have more muscle than a twink anyways. i wonder how much extra energy he would have after taking aways 30 pounds of fat offf the stomach and chest

Haha - are you serious? There's no way those are his real abs - basically he was a fat slob with a huge belly and they've placed the padding OVER the fat - the rest of his body has no muscle size or tone to speak of!

If this fat ass wanted he could hire a trainer and actually get in shape. GHona is no stranger to celebrities and celebrity trainers have access to kosher, douchebag friendly steroids like anavar and winny tabs. I don't know why this idiot paid a surgeon to chisel his fat when he could have just got lipo, a trainer and a "natural" drug regimen to get in shape for real.

I would be like "Hey man, wow thats awesome I want to hear you talk about them..!"
Then sit down and act all impressed and ask how much they cost etc
and then at the end say "But, you understand that everyone that doesnt feel sorry for you would tell you that you're still fat and they actually look Horrible, and I feel sorry for you..."
