I haven't done steroids yet, but there are gym rats who've been jucing for a decade who do not know as much as I do, still you won't see me giving advice, but flint doesn't really get too out of line, he is reasonable in his little fibs unlike say groink or coach
well, once again , "knowing" things may not mean much. it's only one component:
succesful steroid gurus have:
1. information
2. good source of legit gear (all the knowledge in the world won't help if you're injecting vegetable oil all day long)
3. cycles confirming / debunking "information"
let's take our tdongz as an example. he seems to just google "steroids" and read everything he can find, but he hardly has an ifbb physique. he blames it on his poor diet and lack of discpline. whatever his excuse is, he doesn't look like mr. olympia. with time and trial and error he'll find out what works, but for now i can't take his advice seriously because he himself hasn't proven it works.
same goes for flintstones and gh15; i just don't know who they are or what they have behind them besides google-fu. if i wanted legit cycle advice, i'd pm someone with blue stars under his name, not a picless, nameless guru.
