right now I am 240 at 5'11 but a bit smoot

I am not anywhere near pro size tho, dieted down I would be around 210, maybe 205 really dehydrated

if I compete again I need to be a heavyweight, about 220 lbs or so. I have very long limbs and it makes most of my poses look lanky (especially front double biceps)

i'm the last one to give advice around here, but maybe you could do a couple more mutation cycles and then do synthol?  it seems like that shit ruins more physiques than it helps.

my friends all used some Nolotil 2 years ago, they say it was fucking weird

they shot some in their biceps and they said it feels like your arms are really heavy and fatigued for the first few hours

There's a retarded former powerlifter with that shit on his bis, they look so shitty and full of scar tissue and needle marks.
Also odd because he's a fat piece of shit who is a pl not a bb, so he's just some strong fat guy with huge pointy biceps for no practical reason.
