.....you are already very lean and work out like a monster
at this point i'm not even eating any "Diet" type foods.
It's basically bacon, bagels, regular cereal, fast foods, gourmet foods, etc and i'm still as lean
......BUT, I''m already lean AND i'm working out VERY hard everyday.
For instance, I just did 11.81 miles this morning and will do BJJ and sprint work at night
and this is my breakfast
big bowl of cinnamon toast crunch
bagel with peanut butter and regular jelly
6 oreos
handfull of almonds
whole milk
then, I eat again at night and for that I'll have like a burger at 5 guys with a big thing of fries and maybe a pint of ice cream if my body wants it
i'm not worrying about water intake or getting my 6 meals every 2-3 hours or any of that shit.
I drink nothing but starbucks and shit and i'm still lean
So, does this thread go 5 pages?
