from his facebook, "Ok everybody. Here are a couple of pictures of me that I want ti share with you...one was taken by the great Art Zeller back in 1988 as I trained for the IFBB Grand Prix event. The other picture was taken now. Which one is which? :) Best! Lee"

You can also tell the most recent was the one on the left from the shoulder and trap size.

I know he can't be feeling well. If you look at his recent stuff on YT, you will see that he has never changed a thing. I only wish it was a good hard work ethic and all, but he actually looks better today which leads me to believe he is melting inside.


I don't know why but everytime I see Gary Strydom, Lee Labrada or any of the old guys still looking jacked, I think of Don Youngblood.


Don didn't start training until he was already old. He was a truckdriver (which didn't help his health by any means) ~ but he got "overdone" in a very short time.


Here today, gone tomorrow. I really wish we could look that good (unassisted) in our 50's. Damn.  :'(

I think you're blowing this a little out of proportion. He's dieted down, yes and of course he's on gear...but not much IMO. He's can't weigh no more than 180 and he never was one to get his weight high when he wasn't dieting. For promotions sake I'm doing the same thing.
