there is a video of one of the greatest bodybuilders to ever live at 19? 20?, on a similar amount of drugs as me now, yet I look the same as him with a smaller waiste, longer legs, and a shorter torso :o   Dennis openly admitted he used drugs as a teenager..

my lifts senior year in high school..no smith machine, no belt, nothing.. just free weights baby


incline bench 300 for a double
shoulder press 225 for 5 with perfect form.
dumbell shoulder press 100's for 8  10 ???
ez bar skullcrusher with a 45 pound plate on each side for sets of 10
close grip bench press 225 for 10
seated behind the neck press (free weight no smith)  .. 185 for 6
arms were just over  17 inches flexed (cold)
squat was 315 first time I ever tried. never did it again though.
same with deadlift. did it once and did 405 for few easy reps.


keep in mind I was a LEAN  200 pounds athlete in these lifts! not some 400 pound fatzo. Hey coach yes you twister boy. Guess what...these would be your exact numbers and lifts if you werent such a fuckin midget with your trex arms...this was all done without chains or bands or no special routine ::) i simply lifted when I felt like it, and trained heavy while you play with your high school kids and give them fancy westside bullshit lollol.    Can you imagine if I work with tbombz for 6 months?


Dennis couldnt touch those lifts as far as strength goes the bitch struggles with 135 lol weak ass pussy deserved leaukimia ;).. And.. As far as physique goes I NEVER SAID    I looked better, I said comparable. I have better structure than him and thats the truth.  :-\ I have a smaller waiste and longer legs with a short torso. He has short stubby legs like Groink, with a long torso. Now Dennis has 5-10 pounds more muscle but he was nearly 20 in that video! The above stats were before I turned 19.

And also Dennis LIVED bodybuilding!


And um...one more thing. Since no one is such a big strong tough guy I challenge him to any of the above lifts! If no one shall beat me on the  above  LIFTS! you can delete my account. Here is your option no one.

1. I can contact my old high school coach, and see if he has some videos of my senior year and some of the above lifts. BUT! you risk getting your ass handed to you by a kid barely 18 years old. I nfact I may of been 17 in those videos I dont remember.
2. Or we can prep for it and you get your ass handed to you by a teenager..just an older one so it wont be as embaressing, I wouldnt count on it though my lifts will be in 400 pound range by then friend.  If you choose option 2 I get to pick when we do it though I need time for makeveli to teach me squat and deadlift

sev I dont like you :) but  your an extremely strong fucker. I followed your strength on those omnas and I know you said you outbench okami which is impressive. But I, like yourself am not made for huge size (small wrists) without some serious abuse for a very long time. I am realistic even gh15 said jewish origin is not made to be huge guy.     anyways..I think Lifting weights is about being big and strong. Not frail and pretty. I would much rather look like strong athletic football player with fat than skinny frail no one with a little muscle.

No beef here, but you do realize all this above counts for nothing without a pic or vid. One more thing, I know everyone you 20 and under always think if I can lift this in 5 years juicing I will double all lifts, but it never works out that way. I benched in high school 380 without juice after juicing for 5 years and at times over 2grams per week my best bench only ended up at 515, same with deadlift got nearly 5 plates in high school and eventually ended up with 7 plates but only 2 plates with the juices 5-6 years of heavy training religously, just saying those lifts you mentioned may be 80-90% of your future max despite all the juice you plan on taking

I was an athletic 200 pound kid so you cant compare the two..I was .nowhere a bodybuilder but I looked like a lean athletic football player.  Keep in mind these lifts were done without serious training and NOBODY to instruct me or show me how to train. Not every day a 17 year old kid pulls 405 his first time doing a deadlift or squats 3 plates first time he tries. alls im saying..

I was the same in high school.  About 200 freaky lean pounds. Benched 405, squated 365 for two(oly), deaded 500for two. Thought I was invincible, fucking going pro by 23 but you know what happened? A year later at 19 tore my right pec attempting 475 tore it bad, after surgery and a long layoff it cut my strength into less than half of what it was. Not long after herniated two discs in my lower back.

Not to go on and on about my injuries but being strong is cool but you can be too strong, too cocky for your own good.  Moral of the story is those two injuries alone still are affecting me now more than ten years later. My arrogance lead to long layoffs and impeded my progress so bad I practically peaked at an early age. I feel like I'm  still chasing former glory. Now however, I have a life and family to take care of can't be a selfish 20 something anymore. I travel frequently to other states/ abroad for work etc. Best thing anyone can do is be humble and take all advice/criticism with some thought and consideration. Will save people like you and me alot of mishap.

Actually I was a wrestler and was under 200, but nevertheless you brought some good points, good lifts btw
