my lifts senior year in high school..no smith machine, no belt, nothing.. just free weights baby
incline bench 300 for a double
shoulder press 225 for 5 with perfect form.
dumbell shoulder press 100's for 8 10

ez bar skullcrusher with a 45 pound plate on each side for sets of 10
close grip bench press 225 for 10
seated behind the neck press (free weight no smith) .. 185 for 6
arms were just over 17 inches flexed (cold)
squat was 315 first time I ever tried. never did it again though.
same with deadlift. did it once and did 405 for few easy reps.
keep in mind I was a LEAN 200 pounds athlete in these lifts! not some 400 pound fatzo. Hey coach yes you twister boy. Guess what...these would be your exact numbers and lifts if you werent such a fuckin midget with your trex arms...this was all done without chains or bands or no special routine

i simply lifted when I felt like it, and trained heavy while you play with your high school kids and give them fancy westside bullshit lollol. Can you imagine if I work with tbombz for 6 months?

.. And.. As far as physique goes I NEVER SAID I looked better, I said comparable. I have better structure than him and thats the truth.

I have a smaller waiste and longer legs with a short torso. He has short stubby legs like Groink, with a long torso. Now Dennis has 5-10 pounds more muscle but he was nearly 20 in that video! The above stats were before I turned 19.
And also Dennis LIVED bodybuilding!
And um...one more thing. Since no one is such a big strong tough guy I challenge him to any of the above lifts! If no one shall beat me on the above LIFTS! you can delete my account. Here is your option no one.
1. I can contact my old high school coach, and see if he has some videos of my senior year and some of the above lifts. BUT! you risk getting your ass handed to you by a kid barely 18 years old. I nfact I may of been 17 in those videos I dont remember.
2. Or we can prep for it and you get your ass handed to you by a teenager..just an older one so it wont be as embaressing, I wouldnt count on it though my lifts will be in 400 pound range by then friend. If you choose option 2 I get to pick when we do it though I need time for makeveli to teach me squat and deadlift
