He didn't do too well at the USAs last yr...but he is coming along, all he really needs is conditioning.
I think if he did get his Pro card, we might see another guy who trains in the Ronnie Coleman way... is if he gets it.

I know quite a few 100m sprinters do them, pure power.

It's not really to do with strength. It's more to do with the muscles been used to the move t I grew up in Jamaica so chinking on a tree branch climbing trees for fun at a young age was commonplace to me
