Plus with the right momentum it's not very hard once you get your muscles to coordinate properly, fast twitch fibers always help too though.

I think he is taller than Jay, and apparently he just got into the bbing competition aspect, did okay at the USAs (for someone with very limited comp history), His legs on stage looked good, not that light in the legs, but he could use more quad sweep)...

What he is doing is impressive for his size...and he is not using any straps...which indicates that his grip is not weak.

btw this guy also claims natural, or did, in an earlier video where he was practically the same size. claims he was in prison and didn't have access to no roids, was doin pullups with 'niggas hangin off my legs', pushups with 'niggas sittin on my back' etc.
