It was an old episode of "The Streets of San Francisco"



From what I remember, it was focused on 'roid rage' and Arnold's character was freaking out on people and terrorizing the city... I think he flipped out in a gym and killed somebody. ..   lol

Kinda funny for the 70's and seeing many of the Pumping Iron guys being used as extras.   classic!!!
