Good performance from Bolt today - got a great start which was always his weakness.

last 2-3 races hes been looking "slow". I guess not risking to get caught before olympics (besides this race)



Looks like he got the start figured out, thats whats been lacking in the last few races, hes always managed to catch up but not great starts like that

Which one is harder in your opinion, weightlifting movements snatch and the clean and jerk and their variations or sprinting? I think sprinting is alot more difficult to be decent at.

Serious question, Im sure with the top people in this industry reading this board someone can answer under a gimmick, what are these top 100 metre sprinters taking that gets them past tests, how much and at what points of the year leading up to world champs and Olympics?Someone reading this has to have experience training or supplying a top class sprinter.
