Some of these guys that are waddling out onto the stage are actually a little afraid if they will make it through the night.

Hell of a price to pay for an itty bitty piece of plastic and a handful of cash that cannot possibly fix things.

I think a lot of its luck even the few bodybuilders that have got fucked up are some what of accidents. Like munzer was diretics and prince was tylenol. And as far as the occasional 50yo having a heart attack many 250lb men in there 50s have heart attacks so? Its been my experience some people are a lot better at walking the line then others you always see the reckless person that tips toes past death and serious consquence in partying drugs, drug dealing or what ever. I tend to think the mind has a lot to do with it it seems like people that dont fret over shit tend not to get it as bad for some reason.

Gh15 is always talking about branch warren dying very soon! I dont know about dying hopefully another injury will take him out for good. when he does his seated shoulder presses he needs to drop some weight off of the bar the dude parcatically jumps off the seat to get it off his chest just awful,hideous form! Branch has almost died before the night before he went pro he almost died. His dumbass friend told him not to drink a drop of water Branch was very sick when he turned pro. I typiccally dont like any of the bodybuiders I work with to drink much of anything but if you are feeling like you are about to die I let them do what they want. Most are ready for what they have to go through.That night branch was not!

This is no joke! that man is going to really hurt himself! I bet he would get a way better workout with 135pds 225 at most and do nice slow reps actually using the intended muscles. I bet he has major disk herniations (blown disks) thats exactly how one gets a blown disc so if you want to wind up in the ER with blown back discs lift like branch warren-JK. Im glad someone posted a video of him lifting you want to do the opposit of what branch is doing. your ass stays on the seat and you lift with your shoulders and arms.I dont know what the fuck you call the lift branch does?

screw the weight you wont get big lifting like that! like I said he would get bigger lifting 135pds or at most 225pds with correct form! You dont always have to look like a badass! you can do amaziing things with light weight
