what a miserable olympia that year.. the top 2 looked like shit!!.. the lack of real competition made ronnie win more than once..

Jay looked ok that year in my opinion. You can tell he was getting closer to a injured Ronnie, but not close enough. Ronnie's lat and tricep injuries started to show in 05. Look at Ronnie's rear latspread, he couldn't spread his lats all the way and his left tricep was becoming a mess in the side tricep pose. Still dominated though.

How the heck did he go downhill so freaking fast??? Just 2 years prior he stepped onstage and still to this day not a soul on earth can touch what he brought. Then, within 2 years he was basically finished?????? WTF???

It puzzles me too. Ronnie did say he injured his back in the 90's while training, but never thought it was serious enough for surgery. I guess after all of those years of training, his lat couldn't take it anymore.

I read on Ronnie's facebook and he said he recently had surgery for his back.
