do they have leg extensions? ive been able to put some decent size and definition back onto my legs the past month by doing 4 sets of leg extensions alone. hold and squeeze at the top, slow on the way down.

Replace leg extensions with these (as I've said a million times)

I think the record in the Steinborn lift is Mid 400's, or even #500 or so.

if you've got a good pair of heels, you could try the old fashioned leg press ;) :P-

.

That's Wilber Miller a World class deadlifter from the 60's doing #505 for reps.

And Here's Ed Zercher, of Zercher Squat fame-

.

Things were tougher back then:).

He actually has a legitimate excuse not to train legs. He's living the Getbig dream. ''how can i not do legs, besides me being a lazy slob''?

that is a hardcore workout :o (not the Branch way  ;D  ;D )

old time bbers and strongmen usually did some incredible things

maybe I'll try this someday, and hope the bar will not fall down and crush my chest :-X

thanks  ;)

Deadlifts and quad hypertrophy go hand in hand indeed.  ::)

Yes it does, especially trap bar deads.

Complaining that the most heavy DB's in his college gym are "only" 130 pound...
Why would I give tips to a spoiled person?  ::)

Yes it does, especially trap bar deads.

Depends on the biomechanics of the lifter and still its not even close to any form of squats in terms of quad hypertrophy. Especially hip dominant lifters have very little quad involvement in a deadlift, so stating "dl is all you need" is retarded.
