Pretty cool. Jay is so fcking huge...I never thought he was on Ronnie or Dorians level but he clearly is and then some. Dude is MASSSSSSIVE beyond belief.

Great video.. Jay speaks from the heart and this time around doesn't sound lazy tired when interviewed... His wife looks great as well... Like how he gives respects to Phil too.

phil is getting huge! I remember when he was going into the nationals in 2005 nobody really heard of phil heath. first time I saw him was when lift studios posted a picture of him. That was in 05 when the matawan muscle machine(MO elbasouni) said he was going to take that show. Then Phil shows up and dominates. mo didnt even crack top 10. Mo was cocky enough to say "phil is good actually he is great" but he is not the Matawan muscle machine baby BOOM BOOM BOOM! Classic getbig quote. Phil has come a long way in a short time

Funny you mention Lift Studios actually. I remember when I FIRST heard about Heath LS was posting on Mayhem and was like 'THIS GUY PHIL HEATH, YOU ALL WON'T BELIEVE HIM!!! HE IS GOING TO BE A TOP PRO I CAN'T BELIEVE MY FREAKING EYES!!!' and everyone was pretty wowed but no one really cared all that much. Bodybuilding isn't always about potential, you still have to prove yourself etc etc. But yeah, Phil was impressive back then and even though he gives Jay a lot of props he really should also thank Lift Studios for really promoting him on the forums. A LOT of people started to follow him after those photo's were published online. Phil made a lot of fans out of them for sure.

the only Negative thing i can say about that video, is in the beginning of it, jay is seen dragging his gym bag around the gym.... what big guy, you bench 405, row 500 yet you can manage to carry your gym bag
