Sickest arms ever, can't see anything fake about them. You want fake arms, look at guys like Greg Valvolino, Lee Apperson, Ernie Taylor and Chris Bennett.

Just because his arms aren't stupidly swollen up like Valvolino's or Taylor's doesn't mean they don't have SEOs in them. What do you think the whole hany's bull training "principle" is all about?

this video is VERY DISTURBING,, not only is he as high as a kite,, but the kissing ass to jason to a point of shame,, the actual lieing about how long he been doing bodybuild ,, in reality he was very serious all along the years about bodybuild not training! btu bodybuild he wanted to be something in sports period and he wanted the eaiest way there ....from the basketball days,, the over all pussiness coming out of this fella ,, the way the gymnasium taking second place to talking about everything else and make it generation nothingness suited,, something is just not right with philsulina heath ,,

If you ever see vids where he does barbell bicep curls, he takes a relatively heavy weight and reps pretty easily with it...what is odd is that he prefers the barbells that are fixed weight, instead of the ones that you can take the weight off and put a collar on.

In that clip his arms look sick, but don't remain a shapeless blob with a peak regardless of whether they're extended or bent. I honestly don't see anything fake about them.

You can see the guy already had a pretty decent pair of arms that showed size and separation when he was just playing basketball. Then he starts bb, takes a boat load of hormones and spends a lot of time in the gym, improving steadily over the years, but somehow he's putting on fake muscle while guys like Ronnie who also improved over the years have real muscle, lol

I've only seen some of the clips posted here. Dude seems to train more like Shawn Ray (moderate weight, high intensity) than someone like Ronnie, lifting crazy weights (which is cool to watch, I admit).

I feel his chest is to thick in the centre which makes his already poor structure look narrow - because he has such a narrow shoulder structure he really should be conentrating on upper and outter pecs but it seems he has put no thought into it and just slapped the mass on his chest and this just makes him look even more narrow.. no thinking in creating a work of art = failure

What I have gathered from this video is actually an insult to Jay. Some say he is kissing his ass, but no he isn't he is talking in this manner cause he is supremely confident that he is going to over throw Jay this year, he has convinced himself of this and if he wins Jay won't be as upset cause the credit went to him, but big mistake by Phil for underestimating Jay, certainly not a big fan of Jay's but Jay is a beast, he is a lion when it comes to getting the job done, you knock himdown he gets up and knocks you out. Jay knows what it takes this year to beat Phil. And if Kai gets a hold of that title, it's gone for the next 3-4 years, the drive givan by the title would bring Kai into new territory of growth and forget about Phill catching up. Phil is thinking just a matter of time, but he is forgeting a 26 year old Levrone runner up, a 27 year old Wheeler runner up, or even a 23 year old Gaspari runner up, plus Jay was youngerr then Phil when he was runner up too and still took him 5 more years, so if one thing Olympia history has taught us is runner up means shit, Phil may very well end up in 3-4 this year
