there is a you tube button - click this which will give you this [youtub3] [/youtub3] just copy and paste your link in the middle and you are golden and good to go.

Strong yes...but my boy is the strongest i've seen, that guy "Dariusz" will tell you himself that my boy eric is the strongest presser he's ever seen, scott mendelson trains with eric as well and he'll tell you he's a MONSTER presser !! and scott has the world record for raw lift at 715. I agree wit u totally, so I hope you in return can understand why myself and meso as non-powerlifters feel the way we do. I give credit where it's due, that guy is crazy strong, but I'd rather build muscle
