Presumably the POTUS has had a "specific" plan for the last 2 months, but we're not allowed to know the "specifics" until he gives an "important" speach to Congress.

I believe they announced the other day that it has already been reduced from a plan to an "outline" of what he "plans" to "propose" sometime down the road. So it'll be useless trash just like the rest of his speeches.

Finally, and more practically - why would anyone think these so called jobs will be any more shovel ready than the last stimulus bill which obama admitted were not as shovel ready as he hoped?
