Yeah this dog is super smart! he is super intelligent. he knows how to munipilate people like nobody I have ever seen. he def gets what he wants. If I get a 2nd one I will remember to name him that-peace.

Not yet. usually when they get about 8 they get back and hip problems. but this dog gets alot of good joint supplements. alot of efa's. im sure he will eventually get some back or hip problems but not for a long time. he was the first of the litter he is real strong for a weiner dog.

Make sure he he doesn't jump on sofas from early on and avoid him walking steps etc. He needs to learn it from early on!

got him right around christmas-He is a year because he was close to 11 weeks when I picked him up from the breeder

I had the the same race.

to late he jumps on everything! chairs sofa. he runs stairs like a mad man. I know to watch for his spine and hips but he is still young I will get more strict with him walking stairs in a few years. they def get back/spine and hip problems eventually.

I love them! they are super funny! very loving dogs. they know when their owners dont feel well or are pissed or happy. they can sense your emotions. they are real comforting dogs. I like little weiner dogs because you can let them crawl on you when your just chilling on the couch. easy to play with. big dogs you just cant play with them like that. plus he is easy to pick-up and give a bath. very awesome dogs. they are meant for digging. they are notorious for catching moles.

my parents use to have horses. One day we went on a 15 mile horseback ride and our daushaund kept up the whole time. Awsome dogs

Yeah people would be surprised what those little legs are capable of! weiner dogs are fast! I am thinking of entering mine in the yearly weiner dog races. its a fun event. winner gets 500$. I think he can win it. I would spend all the money on him.
