The one thing that worked really well was injections prescribed by my urologist. If I remember correctly, this was a mixture of Papaverine and something else....my dick would get like a rock for about 2 hours or so. However, I have not found a source for the brand name Caverject that doesn't cost a bundle. Some folks may have a problem with sticking a needle in their dick. It didn't bother me. I am just weird like that. I actually watch as the lab techs draw my blood.

This has been an issue for me for as long as I can remember....since my twenties for sure....so it's not just because I am an old fart. I had hoped that TRT would offer some help, but it has not. I absolutely believe it is mental. This is what frustrates me so much. I exercise a lot of control over my thoughts in every other aspect of my life. Therefore, to not be able to fix this is difficult to say the least. I have examined my childhood experiences to try to determine what might have happened that could have caused this problem and there is nothing that stands out. What I suspect is that after all these years, it is almost a habit....unfortunately one that I seem unable to break. I also do not have a particularly high libido which is undoubtedly a contributing factor.

Just to be clear. I am and have always been bisexual. My issues with ED actually began before I ever met my wife. I don't believe being bisexual has much to do with this. If I had been able to get hard with a guy but not with a woman, the answer would be simple, but this is not the case.
