He is not getting owned. look at jays forarms. you can tell how much muscle is real by the size of a bodybuilders forarms. Phil Heath is a good example he has huge forarms as well. heath wont need to use much seo he can already get huge biceps naturally just like jay. the dude he is posing with has tiny forarms and is all drugs. Jay is very muscular. I think his face is still a little puffy and always seems to be even on game day. I think phil heath has a face that is not as puffy and his head is smaller. This is Jays last year. I think Phil will take it next year. Maybe even this year. like I said you can tell just by the forarms how much muscle they can pack on. Phil will be mr.O for awhile after jay. Dexter has a chance but his forarms are smaller and he cannot holod as much muscle without getting big in the gutt. If bodybuilding was not based on politics I think Phil or dexter would be 1 and 2. jay would be top 5. but it should really come down to heath and jackson. dexter is just so shredded but not as marketable. jay and phil would sell alot more magazines.I like dexter the best personally this sport is just silly if you really think about it.One thing is for sure though you can tell how much SEO a bodybuilder uses by bjust simply looking at their forarm structure. lee priest is another good example that boy can hold some real muscle.His forarms are like biceps even more so than phil or jay. after this year get prepared for a phil heath era.

Jay's face has been very lean for the last couple Olympias. This year, he looks more like Barney Rubble. Maybe a little heavier this year?
