Thank you! 2 years cancer free now. I can still get wood and I don't piss my pants so all is good. Luckier than most that go through what I did. Naturally the docs blamed it on AAS.

My Grandpa had prostate cancer sorry to hear you went through that. What exactly happens when you get it removed? Can you not orgasm anymore?

Great question, you have the exact same sensation of an orgasm but nothing comes out. As long as you can still get wood and you can keep your piss held back that is the only change you will have. Unfortunately many cannot get wood after the surgery. My prostate was saturated with cancer so there was no option of partial removal or any type of treatment. I hope your grandpa is doing well. I have had 5 major back surgeries and the prostate tests and surgery was worse than all 5 of the back surgeries put together.

That happens to me every so often and I like to call their bluff.

I'll do something slightly insane, like yell out loud, "SO YOU MEAN TO TELL ME THAT YOU WANT TO SUCK MY PENIS IN FRONT OF ALL THESE PEOPLE?!?"..

That always makes their facial-erection go back to normal and ends up with them typically getting off on the next stop or switching train cars.
