dickerson was a great pro (no homo), but his best was 79-81, 82 was too many things wrong (torn pec, calves overpowering thighs, pointy elbows, arm atrophy), great at presentation, consummate pro

zane 79 was too good, arnold in 80, 81 was supposed to be his or danny's year, 82 was samir's

there is such a thing as volumized from within ,, but if this volumization doesnt end up looking like ron colman or dorian yates...then its a big problem and most profesional now days dont look like ron colman or beautiful man with glases,, they just dont....

samir is what my pupils shoudl aim to look like ,, then take it higher and higher ,, but you got to have the quality condioned size!

look at this and then look at the sean allen fella or the new pro delarosa lolo what a fuckin joke ,, or look at that what his fuckin name that canadian joke with big calves all swoolen on insulina and hgh to levels beyong your concious,, it is just retarded ,, its not real muscle,, AAS AND HGH is what causes real muscle.... insulina create this balonie that ass weight and mesurements but just doesnt cut it and wil never cut it unless ron colman and dorian yates level and no one is that level thats why we have jokes now day ,, no one want to train and actualy do what needed,, they want drugs drugs drugs sit home watch some gangster movie and play nintendo...thats why you end up with the shit you got now day

the most important thing to notice for my pupils is the midsection of great bodybuild like samir frank zane etc,, and then look at the sean allen midsection ,, notice what insulina does,, it created a wall that the abs penetrate...and thhen the hgh is what causes this wall to have no outside fat as in fat bwteen skin and muscle and diuretic is what make this wall dry ,, but in reality they dont have the abdominal like individual muscle like they breath and live...its hard to explain ,, look at samit abdominal wall ,, it is sucked in ,, it breaths...no gut no belly it breaths! the abdominal are like the chest..and ae like the arms and are like the back ,, all developed muscle and skin with out insulina from the inside out pushing and creating this isolation wall,,

this is important to become bodybuild looking like samir rather than the jokes today ,, its is very important for you because bodybuild is stil an art ,, even if you dont make money from it! you want to be appreciated for your quality ,, today bodybuild have no quality they are not appreiciated for quality ,, they have low bodyfat on the outside.....they have diuretic that gets them dry...but the muscle development is not there,, they would look like BALONIE PIECES OF SHIT NEXT TO FELLAS LIKE SAMIT IN HIS PRIME IF THEY WALKED NEXT TO HIM IN WALMART AMERICANA ...this is the problem ...fellas think size is everything,, IT IS NOT SIZE UNLESS IT IS CONDITIONED SIZE FROM BOTH THE INSIDE OF THE MUSCLE AND THE OUTSIDE OF THE MUSCLE

i blame milos for a lot of it ,, i blame dorian for some of it ,, its a combo fo this 2 that i blame for this disaster

when I joined my first gym Samir visited the gym and did a seminar and talked bb.

life is fast ! it was Dorian, Nasser era ! small underground gym full of people who loved bodybuilding no tight spandex or people walking around texting calling and acting tuff lol !

even so someone much older and a local champ lied to me when i asked him on how he got big and won his class !

the secret ? fine crushing pealrs and drinking them .. I wanted to punched him knowing he is laying !

lol so nothing is perfect !

and gh15 I always think about it too is it the training we learned and followed that changed how we look ? diet ? many can't afford gh and do the basics but still never look the same !

before, he always came in smooth, after, put on size, and couldn't replicate the dialled in condition

in 84 or 85 he was involved in a car/motorcycle accident that totally torn and deformed his left triceps.. like dorian in 97 samir was avoiding to show his left triceps in his posing routines after the accident but it's still can be seen in some videos!!..

I remember the accident, but he did go the size route to keep up with the bigger guys, which affected his conditioning
