We had the great pleasure of shooting with bodybuilder Alyssa Stroud a couple weeks ago. As most of you probably already know, Alyssa started out in figure, and was often deemed "too big for fig", due to her incredible muscle building ability and genetically superior shape to most others. She decided to give bodybuilding a shot, and made her FBB debut in 2010. She got shredded, built a very impressive physique, but didn't hold the muscle well in her legs. But then THIS year, she got with super-trainer Noel Fuller, and he got her on a program that allows her to keep her hard earned quad muscles when it comes contest time. Now, she possesses one of the hottest and most complete physiques coming up in the ranks of female bodybuilding. We wish her the best of luck as she continues to prep for Nationals in Miami. This shoot shows you how lean she can stay even in what is considered to be her "offseason" - she still has EXTREME vascularity, and is quite chiseled and rock hard!
