5grams or not that is tough while dieting for a show. esp. 8 days out. when i am close to a show i don;t even feel like walking from my car to the gym. its impressive i don;t care what anyone says

What sort of vagina has to note that they're on no cabs? You squat or you don't. To make note of such a thing is to say theres some sort of positive meaning to squatting without carbs. If he's a ''pro'' that should be casual.

I can do 100kg x 12 for a single set, also carb depleted at 75kg... Guess according to Wilks calculator I'm evenly strong :D
