Glad to hear you got to enjoy Nasser and Alex's company Big Ach!  Great pics too, thanks for sharing!

I love that sushi place, especially the dessert variety.  Have been there several times, I think it is $25 person if I remember correct, only mentioning that because some are asking if its $5-10/each and calling it a "dive" lol.  Not everyone eats each meal of the day at $50-$100/plate restaurants like the typical getbigger lol.

Not so much about Dorian Yates as it about ignorance on how contests are judged lots of hypocrites who are fine with the judging when their hero wins , and when they lose it's a conspiracy , politics , racism , etc.

I have always felt that guys with huge shoulders/arms usually develop them at the expense of back development. It is verrrry easy to turn a back movement into something where shoulders/arms are doing most of the work. Shitty form and trying to lift too heavy will typically cause this to happen. For Nasser, I suspect his rear delts and biceps took over most of the movements. Happens to a lot of guys but the problem is that it is TOUGH to fix once it's happening. You have to drastically lower the poundages being used and concentrate on just feeling the back muscles working and work your way back up. Once Nasser was winning shows and his mind was set at "I am 280lbs, I have to be heaving around huge poundages" I doubt he could go backwards. It would take months of slowly rebuilding to correct the issues once they started. Not to mention nearly impossible to convince a guy in his position that it was what he needed to do. Guy is winning shows, tough to convince him of anything to be honest.
