they know they have to train in order to get where they want to be

BUT

almost all of them have joint-problems, so they can t workout like they want to without painkillers

it takes somewhat of an addictive/obsessive personality to be a "pro" in any sport. IN BB, drugs are not looked down upon, in fact, they are glorified, so its not hard to see that there are some guys addicted to recs

having said that, I dont know that BB's are any more addicted than anyother sport, or even the general population.

What's the most commonly used painkiller among bodybuilders? I know Tom Prince and Melvin Anthony had some serious nubain addictions..

if your back hurts and you get into a fight, does the adrenalin kill the pain?

will you be able to fight when you have pain that is making it hard to use a lot of force?


just wondering if i should be able to go out on the streets tonight without being an easy victim  :-X

Pretty much yes.

Same as at the gym; I never feel pain at the gym when I'm serious (lol) but as soon as adrenaline decreases, pain starts.

Or in intense fight; guy hits you in head and it feels like nothing. When you get in home, feels quite bad  ;D
