I hate these fucking dvds of unedited footage of them in the gym and what they eat... it's so dissappointing to see how retarded most bodybuilders are, how they're obv high most of the day on something

I watched this.... ok  dvd
dexters last one unbreakable or something like that.... boring.. i actually fell asleep watching it... same with jays.....

When I want to fall asleep to a movie easily I honestly put on a Jay Cutler DVD (streamed from my computer) and it helps me fall asleep.

True. I like Phil and he usually trains pretty hard, i just had to give him some shit for those deads. Doesn't seem like he was pushin himself on em.

They really are much dumber when you hear them speak or talk to them. Gh15 really is an exeption, and Chick too of course.... ;D

great pics, phil is a contest shape bodybuilder, as in, in the offseason he doesnt look really impressive, but when in contest shape he looks sick, IF ONLY HE HAD BETTER CHEST INSERTIONS
