Chris Cook lives out here in Los Angeles, and is working in insurance, etc - doing quite well.

He retired from bodybuilding when he tried with with some MMA sports, and competed in qutie a few fights on the local scene out here (yes, there is more than UFC in MMA). Spoke to him earlier this year, but most definately not involved in this industry.

Nice guy. Spoke with him quite a few times in the past. Unbelievably HUGE, too. VERY big guy.

i think he could have done well..eventually. i mean look at kai green, raymond they competed for years and now have reached the top. i guess he just think it was worth it

Just watched that clip. He seems like a well spoken guy - but was he really breathing so hard after demonstrating no weight rear delt exercises?

true. but he didn't compete much. he turned pro quickly. to me doing show after show is how you learn what works. also with the right drug combos and/or guru..who knows? i think he would have eventually got into shape

Has anyone else ever been struck by the color of some bodybuilders when you see then in person--and they are not covered in tanning oils? Check out the contrast of Cook's real coloring vs. the tanning oil.
