Same here, that's why i never liked alcohol and never bothered with anything harder than marihuana.

I didn't even like that, although i would like to be able to switch it on and off like i want. I actually can only recall one time i really enjoyed being high, that was when i put about half a gram of hashish in my coffee in Amsterdam. I was with some good friends there and i really had a mild, good trip.

But besides that, everytime i tried marihuana, it got boring very quick, just outright sucked or it was too intense and too long for my likes.

i actually agree with you. doesn;t make sense to me that someone just decide one day to shoot herion or smoke crack. do they think, Oh i won't get addicted. come one.

I have smoked a few joints in my life (no wonder when you think of the proximity to the netherlands), but i sometimes feel i am a clear minority on this board, you guys all seem to have experience with crack, cocaine, meth or if that is not it, anti-depressants and other medicine abuse.

@ che, it's when I was doing drugs (coke, meth) 23 years ago. He was an Ironworker for about 35 years and then went into the inspection business and also a bodybuilder who won a ton of masters shows including the AAU Mr. America. I knew him for years before that and he was a crazy mother fucker when he was an ironworker. Quick story, he fell about 150ft was in serious condition but as he was recovering he got kicked out the hospital for doing meth. Long story short, later on he helped lead me out of drugs a place to live and into an NA program. Because of him, it's where I am now. Flame on. And yes, i do have a hard time believing you like me. Haha.

You went from being a low down drug addict to a respectable business owner making good money.
