if you started diet today how many weeks would you need to get in competitionshape?
16 weeks! I'm around 225-230 right now (what I consider my happy weight)...
In 2004 I was 230 (but fatter than I am now) and dieted in 16 weeks, I was ready 4 weeks out, competed at 176 (my best showing), BUT that was 2004 though and I was younger and had a faster metabolism
In 2007 I went from 260 to 180 in 16 weeks, but that was VERY SEVERE DIETING (800 calories, and 2 hours cardio per day), and I lost a lot of muscle! - Never getting that fat again!
