was doing motivational speaking a few years back. I have his PDF of tons of his writing - he's a very intelligent, disciplined, and aggressive dude. Great great articles.

I don't know what is considered the cutoff for 'natural'.... but having talked to the dude a lot a few years back - he was the most driven and hard working guy I've ever talked to. So if there's anyone who *could* push his body to the very very limit, it could be him. And he was small - Looked huge in pics, but was pretty small in real life. What did he compete at? If he looked like that at 235 pounds, sure, no way natural. But if he looked like that at 188 pounds?
