Question for Arnold Jr Regarding HCG( other opinions welcome)

Arnold, I am about to start HCG and i have researched what i can, including asking ppl i know at the gym and i cant seem to tack down a straight answer for the best method to take HCG. Some are telling me take before the end of cycle at 200 per day(last 3 weeks) then go onto clomid etc...and others are telling me to wait till end of cycle and blast 3 big shots per week along with other PCT.

I am pretty confused by all the conflicting advice and im hoping for ur input in regards to this

Yes, there are so many mixed opinions...its confusing.

The way I prefer is starting after the cycle is over. The 10-14 days before Nolva or Clomid starts I'll inject HCG every day for those 10-14 days. Usually 1,000iu each day and there's been times where I used 2,000iu the first 2-3 days and then finished with 1,000iu.This seemed to always work pretty well for me.

I got this advice from Spike.

I shoot 1ml (I do 750-1500) every 3rd to 4th day for like 4 weeks ON cycle....take some months break and then again.

Iv done an hcg protocol 1,000 ius per day for ten days after finishing a cycle. which was very effective...I prefer to use hcg at 250ius on monday and thursday on longer cycles during the entire duration of the cycle..

I understand why a lot of guys like to use HCG on cycle, I did it in the past myself. The argument is always it keeps you healthier because it keeps your natural testosterone primed to a degree but it's an argument with a massive hole in it IMO. There's nothing natural about this type of stimulated production and I'm living proof that such protocol does nothing in the long run....if it did I wouldn't need TRT for the rest of my life. Secondly, the whole "Keep your balls full" thing is sort of a mute point as well. So your balls stay a little fuller, OK, now what? This doesn't provide you any advantage and it's not like testicular atrophy is that big of a deal...if someone has anything more than slight atrophy there's a major problem.

Anyway, I think the years of HCG use was far more damaging to me than just about anything else...my doctor agrees. Well that and the manner by-which my last cycle ended. I would have in my opinion been far better served by simply using HCG for short periods of time when I was coming off for a stint. I'm speaking of long term effects and while it's hard to think about those they're still important.

i agree a 100 percent..taking hcg either way can be damaging and everybodys different to a degree..all these long term effects are really what made me decide that long cycles and high doses arent for me..if your abusing steroids long enough ,sooner or later you will pay the price..i used hcg for about 10months straight of a pretty heavy cycle  and recovered pretty fast but how willl this affect my hpta later on life? hopefully it wont because i quit while i was still ahead...a lot of these guys on the board need to get blood work done and need to come off..its important to let ur natty test do work on its own
