If Kai comes in leaner than ever (or as lean as his leanest) he will win it.

I think for Kai, Phil, and J, its now actually a battle of who comes in the leanest, with the freakiest, driest skin, and most vascularity. They all have the size and shape to win, so that's what it now comes down to. These guys need to do some hard core water loss/diuretics with the right chemical balances in the bofy to keep the muscle size pumped to the max.
