I was wondering what the board thought of this:

pre olympia-
weekly

Test Prop 300mg
tren 152 mg
primobolan 500mg
Daily- Anavar 50mg
GH 8 ius

offseason cycle-
weekly-

Test 750mg
Deca- 500mg
Anavar daily- 50mg

Seems pretty mild, Im sure at some point Dorian said he never used insulin!! Lee Priest also claims to use small amount's, and on a seminar video Platz said he never went above 700mg p/week!!!! I would be interested to hear the boards opinion on all this...

theres many reasons,,,, embarrassment at what it takes, liking feeling superior to lesser mortals, legality( in usa anyway )

i know lads on local scene who lie about what they do, even tho you both go to the same guy for your gear and he smiles ear to ear when you say such n such is only using x amount...

well generaly normal everyday gym rats have normal jobs, dont have the hook ups and sponsors to enable them to run that amount of quality gear indefinatly.... thats my experience

one of my palls has just pulled out of a show for that very reason, how could he justify spending all his families money on gh and 4 bottles of gear per week... when his kids want trainers, wives want holidays etc etc



once you take away rent, tax, family food bill, plus petrol/tv/sky/gas/lecky/water....add to that your bodybuilding food, trays of eggs, trays of chicken breasts or fish etc..!

.... you wont have a lot left over, even if you have a good paying job, 1 kit of gh =£130 at the very least, £25 for 10ml of gear ..think about it

i havent competed in 5 yrs, i still use them... how could dorian yates/ronny coleman etc go back to being a normal human being, there test levels are fucked, 15 to 20yr almost non stop heavy use

dorian is more like 230/240 recently.( and tight ).. ronny is big as a house still( and tight )... they will both be on some form of gear for the rest of there lives

Someone that is genetically gifted will obviously look better on a lower dose of gear than an average man will look on a lower dose of gear, just as he will look better on a high dose of gear than an average man will....I think this all is a given. As far as the amounts the pro's have taken over the years, sure, on average the amounts are pretty staggering and for some the amounts are probably a little lower than what we might think but I'll agree there's no one walking around in top Olympia shape who takes only a drop of Propionate and a few Anavar here and there.

They can't admit it anymore than NFL players can admit they take gear to begin with and the amount of gear NFL players take, especially Nandrolone, Stanozolol and HGH is far beyond what most average gym rats ever touch.
