Hello Thunderdome! I've been on the board for 10 yrs plus but always lurking with no posts! I worked in Katrina and ended up with a major staff infection and ended up with both shlder jointes replaced with titanium from the elbows up, 3 discs removed and fused in lower back, both elbows operated on, both knees comp-letely rebuilt! I was just average BB and last show in 2000 but now want to get back again but been have been completely out of game since "05! Any suggestions on best supps and natural training for an old fart! I had decent base in day but now am 280 25-30%!!! These are pics of last show 2000!   :-\

How is your range of motion? Are you limited to any specific exercises?

Ive been off all Anabolics since 2000 and only did AAS and a 6mo GH. Never slin. Now after all the surgeries, Antibiotics IV for almost 16 months straight and now just starting to train again I feel terrible. No muscle response what so ever, I dont think im producing any Test/Gh naturally at all? Anyways I have full range in borth shoulders just no flat FW bench anymore and used to be a huge squatter but no more there with the fusion unless light weight. Anyways not sure if theres any over the counter products worth a shit now that wouyld help? Ive been out for so long I have no clue whats there?? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Only during the Olympia Weekend do the real weirdos come out.....

Bro, just thank your lucky stars you shoulders work and get use to running on a treadmill. Risking further injury to your joints for the sake of a plastic trophy is just retarded. Hang up your thong.

Yeah I have full range and only partial limited range on one side. My knees are great and my back used to always kill me when training legs especially squats but with the discs gone no pain. I just can't feel the ligament and tendon ties ins on my shldr so have to be careful. I was chasing storms but no longer, Anyway been back training for 6months but slow and terrible gains, I was on anabolics for 10yrs straight before this and just feel like I am producing 0 of anything anabolic in my b ody. I'm sure my system is completely shut down. Didn't know what I could do besides getting back on cause I don't want to but looking for someway naturally or is that all BS! Any advice like I said. Appreciative! Maybe I'm to old and fucked my system up for good!! Maybe GH-15 has advice! Thanks all!!

I'd honestly recommend nothing but a generous HRT dose of test and GH, maybe some deca or another steroid for collagen synthesis. Your body has taken a fucking beating, man. Don't think about throwing on a thong and getting up on stage. Think about building your strength up and getting a satisfying, healthy physique.

Another chapter of why Chronic Steroid usage is a stupid idea.  It destroyed your body.

I wouldn't say it ruined my body! When I caught that staff infection from a nail thru my foot in Katrina not properly taking care of that is what caused my damage to bones due to the infection once in my heart forced it into my joints and then into my. Bones. I do ha ve to say now that I've been of ffor so long the way I feel and my hormonal levels from b eing on will not come back. So I'd say yeah it did fuck me up in that way. I also had a lot of joint damage and disc damage from the hea vy training which didn't help when the infection sat In.

Right, this is all bullshit. Former bodybuilder turned bionic man because of Hurricane Katrina staph infection.

LOL! Bionic Man!! Haha I never said that!
I'm hardly Bioinic!! All I said was I had 2 joint replacements, a b ack fusion, a rebuild of knees and elbow  to fix  tendon/ligaments  that were damaged and deteriated from the infection. I'm hardly Steve Austin and ill post current pics later to show the absoulte atrophy of my muscle base. 28" thighs to 18", 20" arms to 16" and on and on and all  BF and no muscle left.I lost 100lbs in 2 months then gained back 120 laying in bed without hardlt moving and recovering. I'm just tryting to get some muscle back and looking for some advice, .

you looked awesome in your last comp. i have started to train again after 5years layoff, only trained 5weeks now but the first 3weeks was a pain in the ass. i had to drag my ass to the gym cause the motivation wasnt there but now it starts to be fun again.
