His name's Emmanuel Martyres,, 20 year old, 5'10'' and about 235 lbs off season.. he just came off his off-season and started the preparation for the NABBA Mr. Universe, Junior.

He's a very true guy and talks openly to everyone about cycles and everything about bodybuilding.. never had used HGH or insuline, neither diuretics

His current cutting cycle is like this:

1-8 1 gr PHENYL TEST wk
1-4 150MG OXANDROLONE ed
5-8 100GR STANOZOLOL ed
5-8 150MG PRIMOBOLAN ed
7-8 40MG HALOTESTIN ed

Also running clen 15 on 15 off.. his shape is a little bit dryer than the off-season pics..

Any advices, sugestions or something??

He trains for like 3-4 years now.. he has done about 5 cycles.. the heavier was a 16 wk cycle..

He's very young, and is going to compete at Mr. Universe,, remember this,, all those guys must be using like the double of it.. HGH and insulin too..believe me, this guy is a warrior, I know him..

I think he can do well at the Juniors, I just came here to know what you guys think he can do better..

He looks very good and has potential...Don't let you brother ruin his waist with GH/SLin etc..

Good at getting lean. Really bad Gasperi arms. Hips kind of wide. Will need Synth in the arms and need to keep the waist in check as he grows.

Diagnosis: Great amateur, will not do good as a pro. Retire in three years and concentrate on a career in finance.

Agree, his arms make Down Hill look like Mike Matarazzo.

Here at Brazil we dont have the same quality stuff that you guys have..most of the drugs hes taking right know are for underground labs.. take.it easy.. What cycle adjustment would you guys do??

young kid from our gym came 3rd the other year, and he had alot of size on your cousin... cant beleive the amounts there using now in the jnrs compared to when i was doing it, i was almost natural in comparison

Equipoisz anD prim need to run it at minimum 16 weeks and at a higher dose with TéSt and HGH
