since bodybuilding is a mental illness
what about powerlifting?
aim for strength and enjoy the side effect of a better physique (if you don't get too fat that is)?
stay natural, what goals to set?
currently 3x120kg bench with pauses at chest
5x160kg high bar full squat
3x200kg deadlift
weight 85kg height 182-183cm
my coach said he could bench 150kg with pause naturally and he has very long arms, but took him like 12years
he could deadlift a 195kg barbell with 1 hand, tear phone books, bend metal, blow up water bags
is this a more sane hobby than obsessing over appearance which is 45% genetics 45%drugs 5%nutrition 5%training?
