hes ok ,, fucked up on diuretic but only semi fucked up,, due to superior condition to begin with he will be able to recover,, this is not 2007 its much better condition than 2007....but yes he intially fucked up on diuretic,,can be fixed easily

Disgusted, can you tell us why a guy (especially with Jay's record/history) that looks so good leading up to the contest has to go and do something drastic and try to get that nth amount better?! Why not just keep doing what you've been doing and got you looking so damn good in the pre-contest lead up pics?

It boils down to Jay's mental state and thinking that one more diuretic will make you drier and that one more puts you over the edge. You go from looking shredded to flat as hell and a lot of guys think they are holding water, you need water in the muscle. Bottom line is he's not recovering from this tonight.

It's Phil, Jay and Kai in that order. Phil did his home work. He has great conditioning. Kai is fading slightly. Jay has a huge lump in his left bicep, his shoulders seem to really flatten out in his standing relaxed.
