Phil was 100% on compared to anyone. Jay will be worried or should be. Just calling it the way I see it. Nothing personal. Jay was holding water in his arms bigtime.

He's been bodybuilding since what 04...I wasn't born yesterday. You take his arms off and its a COMPLETELY different story.

don't know... as i posted on another topic thread... like in boxing, the contender/contenders have to totally blow away and even K.O. the champ to win, .... if it's close judges/voters will always always give the win to the champion in a subjective sport...

whatever jay's weakness his size, mass and yes, being the champion outweigh and beat's phil's best attributes,,, plus, heath has weaknesses too ( no calves for instance, narrow upper frame, and loses "mass and thickness from the side"...

so i guess it's jay 1, heath 2 and a fight for 3rd place...

what you see on stage there is quite embersing,, no one look good ,, philsulina himself lack condition ,, notice THERE IS NO HARDNESS AND DRYNESS ...THERE IS ONLY LOW BODYFAT BETWEEN SKIN AND MUSCLE THAT IS BLOWN WITH LOW BODYFAT BETWEEN SKINNNN AND MUSCLE...the condition you see on philsulina is described as best condition ...i suggest you go to the 90s and see what condition is,,very sad

this isn't the time to be bashing phil...the guy looks great...he is very much improved from the back and beats jay in almost every shot.

unless he really screws something up going into the night show, phil heath will be the the 2011 mr. o.

Yeah I mean that picture posted earlier of Yates, Ray, Nasser, and Levrone they just all looked different. Guys trained for 15 to 20 years to win and this guys does it in less than 10 years if he wins???

Its not about bashing his but Jay screwed up with that inject. site in his bicep. Question is what does that mean for bodybuilding if Phil wins???

everythign explain in detail in bible,, im not jelous of philsulina...i said it over and over he would probably be mr o ,, you can find million quotes of mine,, the PROBLEM IS you can not put someone with title when that someone have no foundation! the fella just doesnt have it ,, only if he get some problems and he probably will somehow you will see how he shrink it wil be doubel the speed of any pro ,, again he is foundationless! the blow up of a bodybuilder shoudl ONLY come after he has very good foundation from aas and years of training

Phil would be a different bodybuilder without his biceps but he would still be pretty good. It's not like he has any major weak points. His back may have been when he turned pro but has since improved. He isn't all arms as he once was although they obviously help tremendously.

he has calves, quads, great inside legs, hams, ripped glutes, small waist, good back and back detail, exellent delts, best arms .... chest is a touch weak, not naturally wide...

easy winner, if gutler wins over what he's brung its a disgrace
