Phil and Jay 2011 versus 2010

2010 first then 2011.

The left bicep is an abomination. The right quad is down. The lats don't flare as much/waist is wider or both.

im a jay fan and im sad to say heath may have it. based on today. his legs and back are up noticeably. and jay well, why did he do that?

I agree with Jay's flaws, though his conditioning has improved. Not a fan of Phil's physique, but overall he looks better than this 2011 version of Jay.

should clearly win

all others are not at 100% , especially kai is 25lbs out of top condition

And what were Samir and Zanes builds if not pretty? Two of the guys you celebrate, you are very inconsistent with yohr opinions. Guys with 40 inch waists and no lines or cuts shoukd not win the O, i dont care how much muscle they carry. You have some weird problem with Phil.

samir and zane build were symetric! but they were hard earned muscles,, they were aas based,, what ae you talking about,, samir and zane had a solid build in the 190s ,, it was all symetric and developed and developed equaly ,,

you are being blinded by fella with seo arms that pulls it well,, the fella has a very average physiqe that is enough for this time sadly due to low low low level comeptition
