Phenomenal this year and last.

I think he's pretty much maxed out on size. You're not going to see noticeable changes in mass. It's all about coming in with his trademark conditioning from now on

Makes you wonder about Branch. Could he have possibly done some damage this year with everyone else lacking any real improvements?

Well thats pretty much always the case, competitors just talk about massive improvements. Phil being the only exception.
