I've never personally met him, Although I have seen his sister and pics with him...and Yeah he is 5'9. From the gazillion people I have talked to, he is 5'9.

Funny story, back in 2000 or so, I was at a Rite Aide store and i picked up a Flex mag with Kevin Levrone on the cover and went to buy it. The Clerk at the counter (whom I've seen around town every so often) said: "That guy was at Cancun Cantina last night (a bar/nightclub near BWI airport), and he was hot as shit...and all the women were on him."

levrone at his best 1992-1995 (top 10 body ever) looked much better than every bodybuilder since 2004, older ronnie included,

and levrone had a face, phil has a melon

he didnt win...he was the one with the smallest amount of bad weakneses on that stage,, this is big diff than to win ,, he had the smallest number of weakneses in a sea full of messed up generation nothingness bodybuild

you have to understand there was NO ONE THERE THAT SHOWED A PHYSIQE WORTHY OF MR O ,, NONE! ,, a fella like ron colman 98 or even 2003! would make it very clear but there is no one who train for training anymore,, its all give me easy easy stuff i wanna be bodybuild,, a dorian circa 90s would win 2011 too,, a kevin levrone! would win the 2011 o,,  a LIAR PRIEST WOULD WIN THE O circa 2011 ,, read this again LIAR PRIEST WOULD HAVE WON 2011 O ! if he looked like in his best o showing,, a jason cutler 2001 version woudl win 2011 o ! ,,
