Ha, great Adidas USA shirt, seems like those were the uniform for every strength or track athlete in America during the mid 70's- mid 80's. I wish they still made them.

I wrap the same way with my powerlifting and regular wraps. I start down low about an inch below the LCL/MCL start wrapping outwards overlapping about 1/2 of the wrap working my way up, I finish about 2" above the LCL/MCL. Does that make sense.
