Lets say that you can't focus on gaining muscle and losing bodyfat at the same time.Do you focus on cardio and get lean or do you focus on weight training and gain muscle but remain fat?
Do both. Bulk during the winter months get lean in the summer.
How about weight train, no cardio and eating less?
Keep the cardio, lift heavy and don't get fatIt seems like everyone gets this notion that in order for you to put on size you have to eat like a pig, lift like twice a week and drip cardio completelyNo!If anything you should focus on more challenging cardio like hill sprinting and running with a weighted vest as well as lifting heavier weightsThat whole getting fat to get huge thing is so ridiculous
no...
Focus on eating rat poison so none of us have to read your idiotic threads ever again.
i thought if you do circuit training lifting routines like 3 to 4 days a week or just adjust your current lifting routines with little rest in between sets (45 seconds or so)... including supersetting different bodyparts, do cardio every day after lifting weights but alternate between 15 minutes of hard cardio and 15 minutes of leisure cardio on various days (i.e. relaxed cardio after doing legs for instance)....keep protein very high to high, carbs low to at the most moderate... you could build muscle and lose bodyfat at the same time more or less?...
