he was doing pretty well, mayweather was winning 2-1 in rounds, but ortiz wasn't outclassed by far, floyd might have gotten scared he might lose and just took the cheap way out.

the ref didn't restart the fight or was speaking to the time keeper and should have dq'd mayweather for that. it may seem legal. and ortiz should have defended himself . but if the time is fucked how can mayweather's ko be legal. ... fucker!
